Chronologies/Time lines- Prepare time lines with a chronological
analysis and visual aids that assist in communicating your case to
others, including an injury. Chronologies can help uncover additional
information that may play a large role in your successful case
outcome. (Medication errors are an excellent example.)
Intake Evaluation, Independent Medical Exams- Some clients feel
uncomfortable talking to non-health care professionals about
sensitive/personal medical issues. Most people feel very comfortable
talking to a nurse about their health issues and concerns. I know
what questions to ask (this is invaluable in that a client may have left
something out due to embarrassment) and how to ask them.

preparation of interrogatories and exhibits. I will accompany you and
